If you ever need to use your Alaska Paracord product in a true survival situation, contact us with your story and we will send you a new one. We would like to use your story of survival, but will leave out any personally identifiable information to protect privacy.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please send an email to grayson@alaskaparacord.com with your order number included.
Upon receiving your package, we will mail an exchange item within three business days and you will receive its tracking number by email. If an item is returned, we will issue a full refund within three days of receiving and will email you a notification.
